About Executive Member

Ajeesh Balakrishnan is a laboratory professional, entrepreneur, trainer, and organizational leader with over 20 years of experience in the medical and scientific laboratory equipment sector. He is the Director of Innate Analytics Labzone LLP and a JCI India Certified Trainer, specializing in soft skills, leadership, communication, and corporate training. He served as Zone Vice President of JCI India in 2025 and currently serves as Zone Chairman of JCOM. He served as the Secretary of AATLA from its formation in 2022 for two consecutive years and has been elected again as General Secretary, continuing his commitment to the growth and professional development of the analytical testing laboratory sector.
